Multiparking

Inhaltsverzeichnis

Multiparking is a variant of various car parking systems, including multi- and duplex or double parkers, the duplex garage and also parking pallets. The designation is selected when at least three, but usually significantly more, vehicles park in the system.

The systems for Multiparking are standardized through CE marking and TÃœV certification. The latter are based on DIN EN 14010 and 1090. Differences result from the number of available parking spaces, from the technical realization and also from the space available for individual vehicles. In terms of their technology, such systems can be semi-automatic or fully automatic, but can still also function mechanically. How much space an individual car is allowed depends first of all on the floor space of the property. However, the available space can be optimized by cleverly positioning the pillars, among other things. If the manufacturer offsets these against each other, this allows the vehicle doors to be opened relatively wide, making it easier to get in and out. The load capacity and dimensions of the systems must also be taken into account. When cars and vans drive into the garage, heights of at least 215 cm are required, or slightly more if necessary. Older systems still use mechanical synchronization, while modern multiparking now relies on low-maintenance, highly economical hydraulic synchronization systems.

Flexible parking

For flexible parking, multi-parking systems move the vehicles and thus use the parking space more efficiently. This results in various advantages: The cars are stored in a more space-saving manner, but the entire real estate area is also used more intelligently. This creates space for other important areas of the home, such as an allotment garden or playground. Flexible systems also make it easy to park and unpark. Drivers can rely on the first-class functionality, the systems are fully developed. They are characterized by low operating and maintenance costs. These are all high-quality technical solutions that capture the trolley in a transfer cabin in fully automatic operation. The drivers drive in, leave their vehicle and can then leave the parking to the technology. The system drives the car on a parking platform and usually via a lift to the next free parking space in the parking garage. Parking is just as automatic: The drivers request their car, the system drives it via the lift and back into the transfer cabin. This technology is worthwhile for many vehicles in a large garage.
