This apartment building was built in 1933 in an international style. It is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is subject to strict monument protection regulations.

In order to create parking areas, the investor and architect were dependent on a creative solution that left the structure and appearance of the building intact.

The choice fell on a parking system from the DE-800 series. By using the space under the ornamental garden, 18 parking spaces could be created without changing the structure or appearance of the building.

The access to the parking system is via a retractable roof, so that no permanent entrance area is required. When the system is not in operation, the canopy is folded up and securely locked.

DE-800 series

An innovative solution with which the existing space can be expanded in almost any project. The main advantage of this parking system is the ratio between the net parking area and the total area required.

With this system, the individual vehicles / vehicle carriers can be moved lengthways and crossways, which means that only very little space is required for internal maneuvering movements and so the number of usable parking spaces on each individual parking level is maximized.

The parking system works fully automatically and is therefore particularly easy to use.

The system can be expanded to include a retractable canopy so that no permanent entrance area is required.

In order to increase comfort and safety for the user, a vehicle turntable can be integrated so that the parking system can be left without reversing.
