L&#8217;edificio \u00e8 patrimonio dell&#8217;umanit\u00e0 dell&#8217;UNESCO ed \u00e8 soggetto a conservazione storica con severe restrizioni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per creare il parcheggio, l&#8217;investitore e l&#8217;architetto hanno dovuto trovare una soluzione creativa che non alterasse l&#8217;edificio ed il suo aspetto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluzione scelta \u00e8 stata la serie DE-800. Utilizzando l&#8217;area sottostante il giardino ornamentale, \u00e8 stato possibile creare 18 posti auto senza alterare l&#8217;edificio ed il suo aspetto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;accesso al sistema di parcheggio avviene tramite un tetto a scomparsa, eliminando la necessit\u00e0 di un locale di ingresso permanente. Il tetto si abbassa fino a terra scomparendo dalla vista quando il sistema non \u00e8 in uso. innovativa, utilizzata per massimizzare una determinata superficie, consente di aggiungere posti auto a quasi tutti i progetti. Il vantaggio principale di questo sistema di parcheggio \u00e8 il rapporto tra spazio netto di parcheggio e volume occupato.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>La serie DE-800 pu\u00f2 essere adattata e configurata per soddisfare ogni progetto. In questo sistema, ogni pallet pu\u00f2 essere guidato longitudinalmente e trasversalmente (assi X e Y), offrendo il massimo spazio di parcheggio su ogni livello di parcheggio, con un minimo spazio &#8220;libero&#8221; per le manovre interne.<\/p>\n<p>Il parcheggio \u00e8 completamente robotizzato e automatico, per offrire il massimo comfort all&#8217;utente. Pu\u00f2 essere combinato con un tetto a scomparsa, eliminando la necessit\u00e0 di un locale di ingresso permanente.<\/p>\n<p>Per aumentare la facilit\u00e0 d\u2019uso e la sicurezza dell&#8217;utente, \u00e8 possibile prevedere un sistema di rotazione del veicolo (piattaforma girevole) neldi parcheggio che evita all&#8217;utente di uscire in retromarcia.<\/p>\n<p>La serie DE-800
