Oltre al parcheggio interrato, l&#8217;architetto ha dovuto tenere conto dei sistemi critici dell&#8217;edificio (pompe dell&#8217;acqua, generatore di emergenza, cabina di trasformazione, sala elettrica principale, ecc. <\/p>\n<p>Utilizzando il nostro sistema di parcheggio robotizzato della serie DE-700, l&#8217;architetto \u00e8 riuscito a creare 17 posti auto senza l&#8217;uso di rampe minimizzando i volumi di scavo e rendendo tutto l\u2019intervento particolarmente Soluzione unica per aggiungere posti auto a quasi tutti i progetti. Questo sistema di parcheggio pu\u00f2 essere installato in aree molto strette, ad esempio sulle linee di proiezione di un edificio (tra le linee dell&#8217;edificio stesso e i confini del sito).  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La serie DE-700 pu\u00f2 essere adattata e configurata in base a ciascun progetto. \u00c8 possibile aggiungere posti auto su tutti i lati dell&#8217;elevatore (davanti, dietro e ai lati). Il sistema di parcheggio \u00e8 completamente robotizzato e automatico e offre il massimo comfort all&#8217;utente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 possibile prevedere un tetto a scomarsa , evitando cos\u00ec la necessit\u00e0 di creare un locale di ingresso. Per aumentare la facilit\u00e0 d\u2019uso e la sicurezza dell&#8217;utente, \u00e8 possibile prevedere un sistema di rotazione del veicolo (piattaforma girevole) neldi parcheggio che evita all&#8217;utente di uscire in retromarcia.
