En plus du parking en sous-sol, l&rsquo;architecte a d\u00fb loger des \u00e9quipements techniques importants et essentiels pour le fonctionnement du b\u00e2timent (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire des pompes \u00e0 eau, un groupe \u00e9lectrog\u00e8ne de secours, des locaux pour le transformateur et l&rsquo;alimentation \u00e9lectrique, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y avait donc pas assez de place pour un
