El edificio est\u00e1 declarado por la UNESCO como \u00abPatrimonio de la Humanidad\u00bb y se encuentra bajo preservaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica con severas restricciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para crear estacionamiento, el inversionista y el arquitecto tuvieron que idear una soluci\u00f3n creativa que no cambiar\u00eda el edificio ni su apariencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluci\u00f3n elegida fue la serie DE-800. Al utilizar el \u00e1rea debajo del jard\u00edn ornamental, pudieron crear 18 espacios de estacionamiento sin cambiar el edificio o su apariencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La entrada al sistema de estacionamiento se realiza mediante una \u00abcabina emergente\u00bb (canopy) y evita la necesidad de una cabina de entrada permanente. La \u00abcabina emergente\u00bb se pliega y se cierra de forma segura cuando el sistema no est\u00e1 en innovadora, utilizada para maximizar un \u00e1rea determinada, y que permite agregar lugares de estacionamiento en casi todos los proyectos. El principal beneficio de este sistema de estacionamiento es la relaci\u00f3n entre el espacio neto de estacionamiento y el bruto perdido. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>En este sistema, cada carro\/pallet puede ser conducido por desplazamiento longitudinal y transversal (ejes X e Y), por lo tanto, se puede lograr el n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de espacios de estacionamiento en cada nivel de estacionamiento, con un requisito m\u00ednimo de espacio \u00ablibre\u00bb para maniobras internas.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de aparcamiento es totalmente robotizado y autom\u00e1tico permitiendo as\u00ed al usuario disfrutar del m\u00e1ximo confort.<\/p>\n<p>Es posible combinar dentro del sistema de estacionamiento una \u00abcabina emergente\u00bb (toldo\/baldaquino), evitando as\u00ed la necesidad de una cabina de entrada permanente.<\/p>\n<p>Para aumentar la comodidad y la seguridad del usuario, es posible combinar un sistema de rotaci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo (plataforma giratoria) en el sistema de
