El arquitecto tuvo que tener en cuenta, junto con el estacionamiento en el s\u00f3tano, los sistemas cr\u00edticos para el edificio (es decir, bombas de agua, generador de emergencia, sala de transformadores, sala de suministro el\u00e9ctrico principal, etc.). Debido a estos factores, no hab\u00eda suficiente espacio para considerar un estacionamiento convencional con rampas.<br \/><br \/>Mediante el uso de nuestro sistema de estacionamiento rob\u00f3tico autom\u00e1tico serie DE700, el arquitecto pudo crear 17 lugares de estacionamiento, sin el uso de rampas. Adem\u00e1s, al utilizar un sistema que requiere solo excavaci\u00f3n local, se redujeron los gastos por voladura\/explotaci\u00f3n en la piedra utiliza \u00e1reas estrechas. Una soluci\u00f3n \u00fanica que permite a\u00f1adir plazas de aparcamiento en casi todos los proyectos. Este sistema de estacionamiento se puede instalar en \u00e1reas muy estrechas, por ejemplo, en las l\u00edneas de retranqueo de un edificio (entre las l\u00edneas reales del edificio y los l\u00edmites del terreno).<br \/><br \/>La serie DE-700 se puede adaptar y configurar seg\u00fan cada proyecto. Se pueden a\u00f1adir plazas de aparcamiento en todos los lados del ascensor (delante del ascensor, detr\u00e1s y a los lados).<br \/><br \/>El sistema de aparcamiento es totalmente robotizado y autom\u00e1tico permitiendo as\u00ed al usuario disfrutar del m\u00e1ximo confort.<br \/><br \/>Es posible combinar dentro del sistema de estacionamiento, una \u00abcabina emergente\u00bb (toldo\/baldaquino), evitando as\u00ed la necesidad de una cabina de entrada permanente.<br \/><br \/>Para aumentar la comodidad y la seguridad del usuario, es posible combinar un sistema de
